Participants will learn 12 programming topics that are environmentally oriented, including a community shredding event, a junk jewelry makeover, book sale recycling, and a recycled wreath contest. Eight of the programs have been tested at the Stillwater (OK) Public Library and two more of the ideas are scheduled for the fall. Participants will learn which groups make ideal partners and how to minimize costs, making the programs virtually free.
