One of the most overlooked aspects of greening up our operations is our operation itself! Can the way we do things now be sustained into the future?

Can we afford to have the same people doing things they way they are done now? Any architect will tell you that the design of a structure is based on the what's performed in the space. Functions consume space, space costs money and resources. Our people resources are also costly, and need to be sustained. In this session, we will develop a framework for you to consider how your library will function into the future. Perhaps we'll be better able to weather the financial environment as well.
